How do I find my perfect foundation shade?
We recommend identifying your undertone first — warm, cool, or neutral. Check the inside of your wrist: blue/purple veins suggest cool undertones, green veins suggest warm. Our product descriptions include undertone guidance, and our support team is always happy to help you find your perfect match.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare and makeup products are non-returnable unless faulty.
